This 60 Minute Sports Massage is perfect for treating the whole body.

Sports massage is part of our soft tissue therapy. It should feature as part of a training or rehabilitation plan regardless of the goal. It should be utilised as part of any ongoing maintenance plan.

Full Body Biomechanical Assessment

Launching our NEW Full Body Biomechanical Assessment

Providing unparalleled insights using state-of-the-art equipment to help everyone move better, perform better and return to play faster.

This assessment includes:  

  • Full body hands-on assessment by a physiotherapist to identify any existing or underlying injuries. 
  • Movement and Mobility testing using the 3D movement analysis HumanTrak system. This provides detailed insights into the movement of using a 3D model of your body.
  • Vald Force Decks will be used to analyse balance, strength, and movement strategies in a range of exercises and jumps. Isometric strength testing will then be tested using Force Frames and the NordBord across the full body. This helps measure and test 35+ different positions and muscle groups
  • Our physiotherapist will then take you through these detailed results to identify how you can improve performance, help prevent an injury, rehabilitate, or how to better manage a chronic condition.  
  • A personalised exercise plan is developed and provided through the TeleHab app so you can watch videos and do the exercises easily. This is followed by a bespoke report so you can review the full body biomechanical assessment results afterward.
