A Mum of 4 and qualified lawyer, Sarah starting practicing yoga 15 years ago to de-stress and do some exercise at the same time. Now with over 400 hours of training Sarah enjoys teaching yoga as much as taking part. Sarah also has specialist training in pregnancy and postnatal yoga, yoga for babies and children as well as catering for adults across all ages and fitness levels.
Sarah’s signature vinyasa flow class is one open to all levels and is a light-hearted and welcoming avenue into meditation through movement. In a flow yoga class you will weave the postures into a sequence using breath-led movement to guide you.
