Sean was born and raised in Magherafelt, with a decade of experience since receiving his first-class honours in Physiotherapy.
He is well-positioned in treating the local community, whether for a recent injury, chronic condition, or sporting injury. Sean has experience working in the NHS, the University of Ulster GAA Academy, and the private sector.
Sean is also a certified Pilates instructor with over 7 years of experience. Teaching everyone from retired teachers with chronic back pain to current GAA county footballers who want to improve performance and avoid injury.
Sean is a hands-on musculoskeletal physiotherapist who also works as a sports massage therapist. He specialises in rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and has extensive experience with both acute and chronic pain management.
John is one of the most experienced physiotherapists around having worked with professional athletes in an elite sporting environment including three years as a physio for Glasgow Celtic!
In 2006, John began his physiotherapy journey receiving a First Class Honours Degree from Glasgow Caledonian University. He also went on to gain a Masters of Physiotherapy with a focus on Musculoskeletal Management.
John's experience is pretty impressive:
- Went to New Zealand and treated professional rugby players
- Was a physiotherapist for the New Zealand Royal Ballet
- Has treated UEFA Champions League Referees
- Treated Team GB athletes, and countless other professional athletes.

He is a member of the British Medical Acupuncture Society (BMAS), the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP).

Helen is passionate about assisting patients in getting to the root of a problem and helping them recover from injury!
She is especially interested in assisting patients in gaining a better range of motion and reducing any associated pain.

Meet our newest soft tissue therapist - Rian McLernon👏
Rian has been working as a sports and soft tissue massage therapist since 2019. Patients of Rian's range from construction workers to office workers, people suffering from chronic pain to cyclists and athletes in soccer, GAA, and rugby.
While having a level 3 qualification in sports massage, Rian is currently a final-year student studying podiatry and is passionate about reducing pain and improving recovery from injuries to the lower extremities!
Participating at a number of NHS hospitals as part of his university's clinical rotations, Rian gained experience in the treatment of a variety of long-term illnesses like Rheumatoid Arthritis and diabetes.
Rian will be available during the week to provide soft tissue and sports massage therapy to help people with recovery and rehabilitation!
Mairéad is a qualified nurse turned specialist soft tissue therapist.
She can help manage and rehabilitate injures and chronic conditions.
This could be surgery rehabilitation; chronic conditions such as arthritis; oncology management and oncology rehabilitation; as well as diabetes.
This specialist soft tissue work can include treating scar tissue, swelling and tissue damage.
Often this can be managing symptoms to relieve pain and increasing mobility but can also be aiding complete rehabilitation.

Aislinn is a HCPC registered Dietitian, having completed a Bsc Hons in Dietetics in Ulster University. She graduated in 2019 with a first class honours and went on to complete a PG Dip in Sport and Exercise Nutrition. She is also completing a further module in behaviour change at present.
Aislinn has experience working across a range of nutrition related issues including weight management - achieving either weight loss or gain, inflammatory conditions, diabetes, gastrointestinal issues such as IBS and sports nutrition and performance.
Her main interest is in sport nutrition and enabling athletes and sport players to enhance their performance, health and well-being while meeting the demands of training.
Hugh is a Neuro-Muscular Therapist with 10 years experience treating a wide variety of patients.
